Sure! I accept commissions from private collectors and companies.

What payment forms do you accept.
I'm happy to accept payments from Paypal as well as wire transfers.

I saw a piece on your site or on Instagram that's not listed in the store. How do I find out whether it's available?
Work posted to Instagram or in my portfolio might be for a commission, a work-in-progress, or a recent work I haven't added to the store yet.
You can also send inquiries to hello@melmercier.art to see if the original piece you're interested in will become available or request
to have a piece added to the shop.

Do you sell prints of your work?
Yes, some of my paintings will be available as limited FineArt prints.

Why colours may vary slightly from screen to the physical product?

I am doing my best to be as close to the true representation as possible when displaying all artworks colors on my website. But since each screen is different, colors may come out slightly different when you see them in real.

How long does it take for my painting to arrive?

All work will be shipped from Bretagne, France. Original art ships in 2-3 weeks if not sooner.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

Shipping within europe is included in the price.

Additional international shipping is available upon request only.

Shipping costs for international orders will be added to the cost of painting.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

All sales are final unless the item is lost in the mail system or arrives damaged in transit. Should your painting arrive damaged, please keep all packaging material that it arrived in and contact me as soon as possible (within 1- 2 days) to begin the process at hello@melmercier.art

If your order gets lost in transit, I will do everything I possibly can to assist you. I cannot be held responsible for orders once proof of shipment is generated. If your order is marked as ‘delivered,’ you have verified the delivery address as correct, and you believe it to be stolen, you must contact the shipping service directly.

What is your refund policy ?

The sale of all original / personalised and bespoke / commissioned items is final and these products are non-returnable.

Non-personalised/ bespoke/commissioned/ original items:

Refunds or exchanges are only eligible for products that have arrived back unused and in their original condition. Customers must email me hello@melmercier.art with the intent to return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned within 14 days of originally receiving the item. Refunds will be made via the original payment method minus the original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and so a trackable service with insurance is recommended.
